Cards are the foundation of gameplay in Legends of Elysium (LoE), serving as the primary tools for strategy and victory. Players use cards to summon units, cast spells, crafting their unique path to dominate the battlefield.
TYPES OF CARDS
- Units:
- Represent creatures or soldiers deployed on the board to fight opponents.
- Each unit has attack points (damage dealt in combat) and health points (resilience to attacks).
- Units can move across hexagonal tiles and engage in adjacent combat.
- Spells:
- Temporary effects that alter gameplay dynamics, such as damaging opponents, healing allies, or providing utility boosts.
- Strategic use of spells can turn the tide of a battle.
CARD RARITIES
Cards are categorized into four rarity levels, affecting their availability and power:
- Common: Basic cards with straightforward effects.
- Rare: Feature more specialized abilities and increased power.
- Epic: Often game-changing, requiring advanced strategies to maximize their impact.
- Legendary: Exceptionally powerful and scarce, these cards can define entire decks.
ACQUIRING CARDS
Players can obtain cards through:
- Card Packs:
- Available in Standard, Enchanted, and Divine packs, with varying chances to acquire rare or legendary cards.
- Gameplay Rewards:
- Completing quests, participating in battles, or exploring Adventure Mode.
- Marketplace:
- Trading with other players using $LOE tokens.
CUSTOM DECK BUILDING
Each deck consists of 24 cards, tailored to a player’s strategy. New players receive pre-built decks to start their journey, while experienced players can customize their decks for greater tactical advantage.
